Eating pizza leftovers we ordered last night while walking home from the show, we ate it in the pullout bed with Alli and watched Son in Law, then I fell asleep on my face. Now I am eating everything and waiting for NORA to come over, duh.
Spent all day eating tacos and yard saling and thrifting and hanging out with little dogs. Mom life.

i would never cut my hair asymmetrically because braiding it to one side is just as good for me, if not better. growing out your hair is the WORST, EVER.

Also, sometimes I feel poorly about having short hair, but then I remember mine is bigger anyway (the biggest?) and a better color, so who cares. Long hair is a blanket boring automatic “good look”. GSO hairbows are also an automatic good look, but never boring.
(Duh, I am just being jealous of those mermaid babes, but I love my hair also. I can’t follow fashion blogs really because then I feel like a poor messy pun-kass, because my shoes didn’t cost $666 and my hair is short.)
just started studding my new summer rock vest with gold cone studs and stopped ‘cause I ran out of coffee and broke a nail! Hard life!
Fake nails are great for bending the prongs while studding and scratching things/people and picking things up without touching them and looking great (and quite helpful for applying false eyelashes), but also, if you’re a bonky like me, they don’t last forever.
Anyway. Do you have a rock vest? You should. They’re a very good look.

Lots of new friends (new to our porch, at least) came over yesterday, like Raven and Ryan, and we grilled chicken and pineapple and plantains and potatoes and and beers and everything! I love our house so so so so much! I love my friends so so so so much!

I don’t wanna take my sunglasses off today. I recently stocked up for the summer on heart sunglasses from ebay. I got these pink ones, purple ones for Katie, baby aqua ones, and black! Yeah, good!
Also, I love to work downtown because this woman came in and asked for change for a twenty. I told her I only had fives, and she took them. I followed her to the front of the store ‘cause I had forgotten to turn on the open sign, and I saw her trading two of those fives for two little parakeets in a cage. Okay.
Also, this morning I went to the farmers market and got baby potatoes and leeks and green garlic and basil and lettuce and carrots and everybody!
